Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The return is acceptable only at ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA Chalandri Store.

We charge 7€ shipping costs for returns from Attiki region, and 13€ for the rest of Greece.
The return in physical store in person, is free.

RETURN FEES:

  • 7€  for Attica region, with the return form or and the refund form
  • 13€  for the rest of Greece, with the return form or and the refund form
  • Free returns only at ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA Chalandri store


TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RETURN
In order to accept the return of an item, the item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it,
  • unworn and unused,
  • with tags, and
  • in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt of the purchase. 

To start a return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The product must be unused and in the shipped contition.

  3. We will sent you the steps of the return proccess without charge.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. The return must be 14 days after receiving your item.
Stock items or items in special offers are not exchangeable.
The delivery costs aren't refundable. 
The consumer has to bear the cost of returning the goods to store.

Refunds
The products in offers and in sale are non refundable.
That includes, also, all the STOCK ITEMS.

For any other item:
The consumer bears the burden of proof that he has cancelled the order and should therefore tell ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA that he wishes to do refund. Consumers should either use the cancellation form provided by ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA or clearly declare their decision to cancel a particular order via mail at anthologiahumana@hotmail.com or and via phone: +30 210 6859171.

Consumers can cancel distance or off-premises purchases, without needing to give a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product and contact with ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA: +302106859171 or anthologiahumana@hotmail.com

ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA must refund the money within 14 days of the date that we accept the goods in Chalandri store.
The consumer has to bear the cost of returning the goods to store.

However, ANTHOLOGIA HUMANA have the right to withhold the refund, until the goods have been returned, or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back. The goods will checked that are in the same condition that you received itunworn or unusedwith tags and in their original packaging, also need the receipt of the purchase.

Products excluded from the right of cancellation include: 

  • Items in special offers, and stock items.
  • products manufactured to the consumer’s specifications; 
  • products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if they were sealed and have been unsealed after delivery;
  • earings, underwear and swimwear due to health and hygiene reasons
  • products that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements after delivery;
  • digital content not supplied on hardware, if the supply started with the consumer’s prior express consent and his confirmation that he has thus lost his right of cancellation;
  • food, drinks or other goods for day-to-day household consumption delivered by the supplier on a frequent and regular basis to the consumer’s home or workplace; 
  • sealed audio recordings, sealed video recordings and sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;
  • newspapers and periodicals, unless a subscription has been taken out with the supplier.
